ActionAid UK: Women and War microsite
Ichameleon's pro-active approach has been instrumental in helping ActionAid achieve success on the web. The increase in traffic that we have seen as a result of their strategies has secured many new supporters to help in our fight to eradicate poverty and injustice

In April 2003 Ichameleon created an online gallery showcasing the work of renowned photo-journalist Jenny Mathews.
Women and War is a unique photographic record, collected over 20 years, which looks unflinchingly at the brutality, loss and pain of war as experienced by women. Jenny Mathews has travelled through Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America, photographing the lives of mothers, widows, refugees, fighters and women who have survived terrible violence and are trying to rebuild normal life.
The priority for Ichameleon was to create a site that put the pictures to the fore. The images download quickly and the photographer's diary notes create a powerful testimony against war.
